Monday Sep 02, 2013

Labor Day Weekend 2013 kicked off at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas with two unforgettable events on Saturday, Aug. 31.

First, Shaquille O’Neal’s All-Star Comedy Jam starring Mike Epps took over The Joint, Hard Rock Hotel’s award-winning entertainment venue. The evening was full of surprises including an appearance by Shaq himself. The lineup included host Mike Epps and comedians Henry Welch, Lil Rel, Deon Cole and DeRay Davis. Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion was spotted in the audience before hitting SOUNDWAVES for his own show.

Following, the celebration continued at SOUNDWAVES inside Paradise Beach with a concert by multi-platinum selling artist Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion. The crowd went wild as “Tha Doggfather” transformed the poolside stage into the ultimate hip-hop and reggae party. Snoop Lion performed hits “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” “What’s My Name,” “Gin & Juice,” and more. The singer-songwriter will continue the Labor Day Weekend festivities today (Sunday, Sept. 1) with a performance at REHAB, Las Vegas’ original dayclub.
