LAS VEGAS (October 14, 2015) – Mercedes in the Morning’s annual Not So Silent Night, presented by Dunkin Donuts, will bring its rockin’ holiday show back to The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas on Saturday, December 5 at 8 p.m. This year’s lineup will feature Rob Thomas with special guest Adam Lambert. Tickets go on sale Friday, October 16 at 10 a.m. In support of Nevada Childhood Cancer, Mix 94.1 will offer the ultimate VIP package for concertgoers to spread holiday cheer while reveling in a night of jam-packed offerings. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the nonprofit.

For 20 years, Rob Thomas has been the frontman and primary composer for Matchbox Twenty. He led the group to multiplatinum success over the course of four albums and a string of No. 1 hits. Thomas also released three solo albums including the 2005 platinum certified No. 1 album, Something To Be, the 2009 album, Cradlesong and his current release, The Great Unknown. He has collaborated with iconic artists like Mick Jagger on the No. 1 single, “Disease,” and Santana, resulting in 1999’s hit song, “Smooth,” which spent 12 weeks atop Billboard’s Hot 100 chart and earned Thomas three GRAMMY Awards. Billboard also named “Smooth” the No. 2 Hot 100 Song of All Time and No. 1 Song of the Rock Era. In 2004, Thomas was the first-ever honoree of the Songwriters Hall of Fame’s Hal David Starlight Award, created to recognize a composer in the early years of his or her career that has already made a lasting impact.

Adam Lambert stepped into the national spotlight in 2009 when he became a finalist on the eighth season of “American Idol.”His vocal range, along with his unique style, made him a standout contestant, and he quickly won over millions of viewers. After the season wrapped, Lambert released his successful debut album, For Your Entertainment, which sold nearly 2 million copies worldwide and featured the GRAMMY-nominated radio smash, "Whataya Want From Me.” In June 2010, Lambert embarked on his first headlining tour playing to sold out crowds in the U.S., Europe and Asia.  Lambert released his second album, Trespassing, in 2012, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart. He also premiered his acting skills on the fifth season of “Glee;” collaborated with EDM DJ Avicii on “Lay Me Down;” and sold out venues throughout the world as the lead singer for Queen, playing alongside founding members Brian May and Roger Taylor. Most recently, Lambert released his third album, The Original High, which features the Top 20 single “Ghost Town”, and the brand new single and video “Another Lonely Night”.
