LAS VEGAS – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas transforms into the ultimate Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (WNFR) headquarters with themed menus, country music entertainment, viewing parties and room specials from Thursday, Dec. 3 to Saturday, Dec. 12.

Within walking distance from WNFR, locals and visitors alike can enjoy a western-themed Rodeo Breakfast Buffet ($16.99) at the 24-hour hotspot Mr. Lucky’s Café. Across the casino, the mega-hip Mexican cantina Pink Taco will offer rodeo dishes such as “Chicharron StylePork Belly Tacos ($4 each); Short Rib Enchiladas, served with rice and beans ($18); Mar y Tierra, garlic- and chile-marinated filet mignon, served with a spinach and cheese enchilada, a chipotle shrimp skewer and roasted pineapple salsa ($24); and Oaxacan Chicken Mole, a roasted half bird served with Spanish rice, pickled pink onions and oaxacan red mole ($18). The property’s premier dining destination 35 Steaks + Martinis will also feature a menu fit for rodeo fans with Bourbon Glazed Baby Back Ribs, made from applewood-smoked tender pork ribs, Maker’s Mark glaze and appleslaw ($15); Double Cut Berkshire Pork Chops, a 16-ounce double pork chop marinated in Maker’s Mark glaze and served with cowboy barbecue beans, a baked sweet potato and winter spice honey butter ($42); and the Cowboy Surf and Turf, a 22-ounce ribeye steak and two colossal shrimps, topped with Maker’s Mark glaze and crispy onions ($75). All menus are available from Thursday, Dec. 3 to Saturday, Dec. 12. 35 Steaks + Martinis will also host a free whiskey tasting for hotel guests on Friday, Dec. 4 and Saturday Dec. 5 at 4:30 p.m. (reservations must be made by calling 702.280.0051).

For those wanting to see live entertainment, critically-acclaimed country music group Little Big Town will hit the stage at The Joint with special guest Ashley Monroe on Friday, Dec. 4 at 8 p.m. (tickets start at $35 plus applicable service fees), as well as country music star Gary Allan with special guests Clare Dunn and Tara Thompson on Friday, Dec. 11 and Saturday, Dec. 12 at 9:30 p.m. (tickets start at $39.50 plus applicable service fees).

Concertgoers can also enjoy free shows at Vinyl by South of Graceland – The Ultimate Country Music Tailgate Party on Saturday, Dec. 5 and Sunday, Dec. 6 at 10 p.m.; Thrillbilly Deluxe on Thursday, Dec. 10 at 10 p.m.; and American Icon: Johnny Cash Tribute Starring Allen Nash on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 10 p.m. The intimate venue, in addition to all casino bars, will also offer complimentary WNFR viewing parties on Sunday, Dec. 6 and Wednesday, Dec. 9 through Saturday, Dec. 12.

Over at Vanity Nightclub, the 2015 Tuff Fest Shopping Experience will take over the space from Thursday, Dec. 3 to Saturday, Dec. 12. Beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 9 p.m., attendees can shop some of the leading brands in the western industry including Cowgirl Tuff Company and B. Tuff Jeans. Tuff Fest will also offer autograph signings by Tuff team members such as Kollin VonAhn; daily live feeds of WNFR; and free clinics with top rodeo competitors including Lisa Lockhart, Sherrylynn Johnson, Angie Meadors and Jackie Jatzlau. The clinics will take place on Friday, Dec. 4 and Sunday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 7 and Friday Dec. 11 at 10 a.m. For shoppers wanting to experience other shopping destinations on the Las Vegas Strip, a free shuttle service will be available daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Guests looking to stay and play on property can also take advantage of the WNFR hotel specials with standard rooms starting at $60 and suites starting at $104 from Tuesday, Dec. 1 to Wednesday, Dec. 16.
